Arrival
Please adjust your arrival to the registration times!
You can register during the following times
3. September, 2014 Wednesday
16:00-17:00 – volunteers and helpers.
17:00 – 18:30 – registration (train from Budapest arrives at 14:25, 15:10, 16:43, 17:10, 17:47)
21:30-22:00 – for night comers
4. September, 2014 Thursday
For workshop leaders: 15:00
5. September, 2014 Friday
16:00 – before the workshops
18:30 – during dinner
21:20 – before the late night programs
6. September, 2014 Saturday – 16:00
Conditions of participation in the camp
Only with previous registration (+ with signing in at the conference site) can you participate in the program of the camp.
You can only come either for the whole camp, OR for the weekend (from Friday afternoon), because of the nature of our program. Only this way is the dynamics of the small groups and the quality of the training is secured.
Only with full board (accommodation, food) can you participate in the camp. We receive significant discount from the conference centre that is bound the this condition.
Am I late?
The registration of thos who do not transfer the advance money until the deadline, we will delete AFTER a warning email. Those who transfer the advance money after 21st of August, will have to a pay a 1000 Ft extra charge.

When should you arrive? – Please, try to arrive at the beginning of the registration periods, because our program is very tight, and we do not want you to miss the lectures.
What hould I bring?
